So Who Isn't Getting Snow? The Northwest

El Niño, that cranky child, has drenched a swath of the country this winter, from the Southwest to the Mid-Atlantic states. The Northwest has been spared all of that snow, and that means snowpack levels in many areas are well below normal, including in Vancouver at the Winter Olympics. Northwest News Network's Doug Nadvornick has the story.
